  • Monthly stays require a $200.00 security deposit.
  • RVs must be self-contained, 2000 or newer and in good condition.
  • If older than 2010, rig must be pre-approved by park management.
  • Management reserves the right to disapprove any unit.
  • All Guests staying at resort are to be registered at office.
  • Office Hours: 10-4 Monday–Saturday. Closed Sundays.
  • All models require a $200.00 refundable incidental deposit. Rates reflect dual occupancy, there is an additional charge for extra guests, not exceeding 4 guests total.

  • All park models require a minimum of 30 day cancellation notice, cancellation fees will apply.
